Born in Concord, California, Audrey’s family moved to Hawaii when she was only five-months old. Audrey grew up in a house her father built on Kailua Beach, one of the world’s most beautiful beaches. With her family in the construction and development industry, it was easy for Audrey to learn what it takes to put top real-estate deals together, such as spotting homes that, once major repairs are made, become great values, and to develop the innate talent to spot a piece of property that has an income potential. Close observation of the many changes throughout Hawaii, including the development of numerous shopping centers, condos, homes, hotels, and office buildings has given Audrey a unique perspective on the real-estate market.
The ability to manage multiple projects in a timely, cost-efficient manner; develop teams to successfully complete these projects, and resolve critical issues have made Audrey a leader in Hawaii’s business community. Her outstanding negotiating, organizational and interpersonal skills, and her ability to cultivate long-term client relationships, have given her a wide circle of clients, business contacts, and friends throughout Hawaii. Audrey prides herself on obtaining the maximum results for her clients while “thinking out of the box” with her marketing and design skills.
Audrey’s involvement in the community fits her purpose and passion in life. She has served as chairperson for her high school reunions; board member for the Development Committee for Le Jardin Academy, publicity chairperson, vice president, president, past-president advisor and currently arrangements director of the BOD of the Professional Women’s Network; past vice president of eList Hawaii, a business networking organization; president and currently active member of the Membership Committee and Special Events Director for the Ali`i Chapter of Business Network International (BNI); member of The Pacific Club, Small Business Hawaii; and is an activist, supporting changes to Hawaii’s quarantine law and other animal abuse causes. Audrey is a Certified International Property Specialist, Certified Residential Specialist, Accredited Buyer’s Representative, and holds her GREEN designation and her Short Sales & Foreclosure Certification. She is a member of the Honolulu Board of Realtors, Hawaii Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), and Luxury Home Member and has earned her the Graduate Realtor Institute designation.
